Hans Zimmer: Live in Concert
Martin Timko (aka matogolf) cut this video of the best musical moments from Hans Zimmer & Friends: Diamond in the Desert. He plays a number of pieces from various soundtracks, including Dunkirk, Gladiator, Interstellar, Dune, and The Dark Knight. Great to hear live performances of these iconic pieces.

This came to a venue near me a few years ago. I skipped it thinking it would be lame: how good could a movie soundtrack listening session be?
But my daughter went and loved it. She showed me videos afterwards and I found more online and I totally missed out. It is an epic, moving experience.
Don’t repeat my mistake. If Hans Zimmer Live comes ti a venue near you, go!
Hear hear! Four of our family of five were able to attend a performance a couple of years ago and it was mind blowing for each of us. Not to be missed!
(Programming note: there is another Zimmer-approved tour that goes around with many of the same musicians. Notably it doesn’t include Zimmer. I expect it would be very good as well, but just make sure you know what you’re getting into so that you are not disappointed.)
