Therapy was transformative and helpful in my 2024.

Therapy has literally saved my life and I’ve been doing it intensely since 2011 (including 4 years full time at a residential psychiatric center).
So, while Mcsweeny’s is usually spot on, this one left a terrible taste in my mouth.
Sorry that my first post is so negative. I’ve been reading the site for years and love it.
