This woman does some amazing things with a series of white rings — lots of precision optical illusions.
It’s mesmerizing watching people moving like machines — an interesting psychological thing. Like Avantgardey, which if you haven’t heard of them (just because they show up all the time on my Instagram doesn’t mean that happens for everyone), you should check them out:

The ring choreography was amazing, partially because I kept being surprised that it continued on!
I hadn't noticed the quadrupled-up rings at the beginning when she was manipulating just two, but during the 4-ring segment I caught a few glimpses of the pairs being slightly misaligned so I knew the 8 was coming. But I loved that the 8 was literally announced by forming 8s with the rings.
Really lovely stuff.
I've seen a bunch of Avantgardey videos before and to me they always hearken back to the Janet Jackson Rhythm Nation stuff, though I'm sure that choreography had its own antecedents.
