Just a small comment: speaking as a lifelong IT person, the court injunctions right now _could_ be temporary. If some court allows the plan to go through (let me say for the record that I'm against it), then the IT department would have to have the code ready and tested, correct? Therefore, they have to continue development, but _not_ be allowed to deploy unless a court says so
