If there was enough water in the atmosphere of Tatooine to produce rainbows, Uncle Lars and Aunt Beru would be stinking rich moisture farmers. They could probably afford new droids, not second-hand crap from the Jawas, as well as paid farmhands so that their whiny "nephew" could spend more time at Toshi Station.
