Bold, regular, italic . . . something something . . . baked, fried, mashed I got nothing.
Boiled, garlic (mashed), thin (julienned)? Is this anything?

I wish there was a video of the behind the scenes carving process! As someone who has attempted to make potato stamps before, I'm impressed with the legibility they've achieved.
