An AI bot created by Andon Labs is running its own retail store in San Francisco. The bot has hired a pair of human employees and “has a corporate card, a phone number, email, internet access and eyes through security cameras”.

Now they've opened a cafe in Stockholm: "After the success of Andon Market in San Francisco, we wanted to see what happens when you move the experiment 9,000 kilometers east and add European bureaucracy. We signed a lease for a space at Norrbackagatan 48 and gave it to an AI named Mona."
