It seems like a big bonus of magnet suspension over air/oil suspension is how much less maintenance would be needed. No seals, no delicate internal valves. Figuring out how to dampen it simply is the next big obstacle. Reading the comments on the video, it seems like electrical current can facilitate damping which is wild to think about. This bike is such a cool project!
