Ann Leckie's novel The Raven Tower is narrated by a large rock. Which is actually a god, but also a rock, and has a rather rock-like outlook on things.
Someone on social media mentioned the part in Sylvester and the Magic Pebble where Sylvester turned himself into a rock and couldn't change back.
This game also reminded me of the rocks scene in Everything Everywhere All at Once.

Bought the came ($2.00). Had it up on the side screen for hours now. So far there hasn't been anything for me to do. I am, after all, playing as a rock. It's pretty glorious.
