I want to pull this quite out from the YouTube comments because it really resonated with me.

โ€œ An environmental activist friend of mine framed this problem really well for me:
Activism is a whole ecosystem, if we try to fix everything we become an invasive species.
Focus on your ecological niche and thrive there. We must trust that other people who are great in their niches are indeed working on those problems. Show how your work is thriving so that those people in your ecosystem can relax and trust that you've got your niche covered.
We're communal animals, let yourself be in community.
