I’d never seen this before: a thief does some stretches in the parking lot before robbing a Dunkin Donuts. Warming up is important for peak performance!

Now that I'm in my 50's I hope that if I ever get in a fist fight, I somehow know ahead of time so I can stretch and do some warmups. I'm in decent shape and think I could still put up a good fight, but only if I could limber-up a little before hand. Out of the blue, I'd probably blow out a knee.
First thought when I saw this was the perp has to be middle aged. Speaking from experience, as a middle aged guy that knows he needs to stretch, not a Dunkin’ holdup guy.
Although the way he smoothly got over the counter could suggest someone that just knows the value of a proper warm up.
