Apparently that it was someone cool with the paying of all taxes owed is now considered beyond the real of possibility.
Because every obscenely wealth person hates paying any taxes. They pay only what they're forced to, not what's owed.
Last time a historically wealthy nation was this backward and stupid (among other things) was during the decline of the Roman empire -- when the bararians and pigs were in charge. That's us now.
