“A previously unknown piece of music composed by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart when he was probably in his early teens has been uncovered at a library in Germany.” 12 minutes of new Mozart in the 21st century, what a time to be alive.

But do they now have to revise all of the Opus numbers???

The new work was found during work to revise the Kochel catalogue (for Mozart, they use K.xxx rather than Opus xxx). For past editions of the catalogue they would have renumbered, but per Wikipedia and the link below, they are no longer renumbering, since scholars kept ignoring the revised numbers in favor of the original ones they knew. So it will be tacked on near the end as K.648.
