A nationwide study of young people in South Korea found a significant increased risk (~3.5X) of hearing loss for those with a positive diagnosis of Covid-19 (versus those without).

I avoided the bug until this past June, and the slight tinnitus I used to notice only occasionally is now a constant whistle. After I turned 50 I joked that the warranty on my internal organs ran out, but this virus really accelerated some issues.

I also have constant tinnitus after COVID (2 times) and at night it is very loud.

Yeah I think I have noticed more of a tinnitus thing too recently.
