I knew the western US had become drier, but I hadn’t realized how much wetter the northeast had become…25-50+% more precipitation in the summer compared to 75 years ago.

I would be very interested to see this data broken down further. Where I grew up there are former creeks that have run dry. It definitely feels like the aridity is accelerating.
