This really seems like an AI generated article. The author has no information in the About and there are no citations or references to authoritative sources for the article.
On its face it seems highly reductive, almost offensively so.
Obviously, maize was important but the basis for their architecture? I'm going to need something from an identified architecture expert with credible sources or primary research. Smells like AI to me.
