This is a perfect New Yorker Talk of the Town piece: now-divorced celebs holding a joint thrift sale of their stuff. The sale was advertised on Vogue’s website, was sponsored by an energy drink, and one of the sellers was recording the scene for her podcast.

Of related interest, I highly recommend Leanne Shapton's 2009 book, "Important Artifacts and Personal Property from the Collection of Lenore Doolan and Harold Morris, Including Books, Street Fashion, and Jewelry" which I can only describe as a novel in the form of an auction catalogue. Each item is meticulously photographed and described. It's pretty great (and stars Sheila Heti and Paul Sahre).
