Sphere Refuses To Release U2 Despite Band Fulfilling Terms Of Residency. “Yes, you have played your 40 shows, but the laws of man do not apply to the Sphere.”

I was at the first and last of U2's shows at the Sphere, and was incredibly moved both times.
Now I get that the band isn't everyone's cup of tea, and there's plenty of room for criticism of them across their high profile career.

What U2 did in Vegas was unique and undoubtedly pushed the boundaries of musical performance. The combination of the music, the stunning visuals, the audio quality, the technology, and the venue was powerful, and unlike any other concert I've seen. It's impossible to capture the full effect on video, and many have tried, it's still powerful to watch.

With or without you

I'm interested to see what other artists can create in this ridiculous venue.
