(CW: child sexual abuse) I think another thing to keep in mind in all of this (and something not a lot of people are aware of): Altman's sister Annie has alleged that she "experienced sexual, physical, emotional, verbal, and financial abuse from my biological siblings, mostly Sam Altman and some from Jack Altman".
