I'm a huge fan, but I don't know if I'd want to see a Simpsons movie. I've found that most TV shows made into movies - especially cartoons (see also South Park) - have terrible plots.

I thought the South Park movie was the best of the pack, and the series managed to survive staying on the air, which was the most shocking thing of all. A feature film is usually the last dance for television programming.
