I, too, was strangely disappointed (again, not only by the work itself, but also by the choice of artists). One problem is that I thought that many of the works didn't match the style of the artist. (However, I thought Blake Thornton's Ramones cover was great!)

I agree with KJC on the Ramones' cover--probably the highlight of the collection; also Kurt Vonnegut's Phish cover was quite nifty as well.

Could've been so much better. I think many of the artists failed to capture the style of the band, (the 'Sex Pistols' one is cringeworthy!!). Though that may be thanks to the skill of the artists who produced the originals fixing an image in my head
