I find one of the most bizarre things about this tragedy is the reporting of the pellet gun and the attempt to...whatever himself...with it. How many pellet gun deaths, maimings, suicides every year are there? I can't remember the number of times my brother and I shot each other (OK, we grew up in the farmlands of Oklahoma). However, though reports keep mentioning it, not one has commented on it yet...at least that I've heard. Go figure.

Did they have to mention the lady without legs and the person decapitated? That's going a bit too far I think.
