If you blog about Frogger using Google’s tool, Blogger, can you then shop for Frogger using Google’s tool Froogle and posting it with Blogger?

In the new Blogger, there is a help page for RSS syndication which mentions a "Publish RSS" button. Why am I not seeing this? Because I'm not a Pro payer user?
