With the 3GPP component download, you can export MPEGs, MOVs, etc to 3GP format. So I converted an episode of The Family Guy and uploaded it to my Nokia 3650 via bluetooth. With a 64 MB MMC chip, you can fit in about 60 minutes of high quality video (160kbs) or 120 minutes of low quality video (40 kbs).
