When thinking about, discussing, or

When thinking about, discussing, or selecting operating systems, programming languages, personal computers, software applications, or other such things, do you:

evaluate the possible choices in a fair manner, noting the relative strengths and weaknesses of each choice?
stumble blindly forward, fanatically defending your platform of choice (be it Microsoft, Macintosh, Netscape, or open source software) as if it were a religious choice while denouncing the other choices as wrong, evil, or stupid?
run screaming for the hills?

Or you can view the results without voting.
