Going all city is graffiti slang for putting your graffiti on trains in all five boroughs of NYC.

It doesn't just refer to trains anymore, or New York, it now just means getting up everywhere in whatever city you live in.

it's true-- and not just going up once in each borough-- it really means getting up large all across the major neighborhoods. very few graf artists have truly gone all city in the last 25 years-- Revs and Cost, JA, Cope-- a few others. Most concentrate on one or two boroughs, and have a few pieces in each of the others.
